Why isn't more people pissed off yet.
The world is no better than is was 1000 years ago.
Plutocracy is still top priority for everyone.
Where is our golden era brought on by some great invention or change.
I suppose we were all waiting for that messiah type figure to come from nowhere and give us a handout. Taking away all the pain and suffering, all the strife and our worries. Low and behold, here we are. With all the technology and advancement we could ever hope for. We can accomplish anything these days. Everything is relative to how big your bank account is unfortunately. You cant even get someone to save your life unless you have the cash. Generosity is a relative to who you know and what you can provide for them later on. We are divided more than ever because of greed. There will be no help for those who don't help everyone else. Our people have been sheep led astray by false idols and charlatans. Our downfall as a race is everyone's fault. With this new era coming upon us we need a universal change of hearts and mind. This pathetic and ignorant self serving attitude can no longer be tolerated. If everyone is so wonderful and beautiful, no one is special. People must understand that, and realize that when they help one another everyone prevails.
I used to dream of the future. Part of me still does. I dreamed of a beautiful place where everyone worked hard, not for themselves but for the benefit of all mankind. I'm not taking claim to any ideology or system of beliefs. What Im trying to say is, we need to completely change our individual philosophy. We need to stop caring about our individuality so much and start caring about everyone else. When I say care, I mean feel affection for, to actually have a desire to go out of your way and help them. To devote ones life to helping everyone. I hate to say it but the Amish have it mostly right. Keeping it simple and working together so everyone is provided for. Just think about it, with the technology we have today, and the resources available to us. If we shared that mentality, how much we could all accomplish. "For the greater good" seems to get my point accross well... too bad nobody wants to listen.
